Agreement

These terms apply when you engage Gulfline Digital ("we", "us") to design and build a website. By booking a consult, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services & pricing

Our standard package is a custom-coded website of up to 5 pages, mobile-first, with a WhatsApp click-to-chat button and basic on-page SEO, for a flat one-time build fee of AED 1,500. Optional hosting, security and small updates are available for AED 79/month. Custom scope beyond the standard package is quoted separately.

Payment

Payment for the build fee can be made via PayPal (card or PayPal balance) using the link on this site, or as otherwise agreed with you at the time of booking. Prices on this site are quoted in AED, but our PayPal account currently charges in USD, so the PayPal link collects the USD equivalent of the AED price at the time you pay — the amount is shown before you complete payment. Online payments are processed directly by PayPal under PayPal's own terms and privacy policy — we don't see or store your card details. After paying, please send us your project details via WhatsApp or email so we can begin work. Monthly maintenance, if selected, is billed in advance each month and may be cancelled at any time with notice to us.

Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver your website within 7 business days of your consult, provided we've received your content (text, images, logo) and one round of feedback promptly. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions during the build phase are included. Requests that significantly change the agreed scope, structure, or number of pages after work has started may incur an additional fee, which we'll confirm with you before proceeding.

Ownership

Once the build fee is paid in full, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. We may showcase completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing not to.

Cancellations

Because each website is custom work, the one-time build fee is generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work begins, let us know as soon as possible and we'll discuss options with you directly.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver a reliable, well-built website, but to the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the delivered website, including third-party service outages (e.g. hosting, WhatsApp, domain registrars) outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies. Significant changes affecting an active project will be communicated to you directly.

الاتفاقية

تنطبق هذه الشروط عند تعاقدك مع جلف لاين ديجيتال ("نحن") لتصميم وبناء موقع إلكتروني. من خلال حجز استشارة أو دفع فاتورة أو التعامل معنا بأي شكل آخر، فإنك توافق على الشروط أدناه.

الخدمات والأسعار

باقتنا القياسية هي موقع إلكتروني مصمم برمجيًا يصل إلى ٥ صفحات، متوافق مع الجوال، مزوّد بزر تواصل واتساب فوري وتحسين أساسي لمحركات البحث، برسوم إنشاء ثابتة لمرة واحدة قدرها ١٥٠٠ درهم. الاستضافة والأمان والتحديثات البسيطة متاحة اختياريًا بـ٧٩ درهمًا شهريًا. يتم تسعير أي نطاق مخصص يتجاوز الباقة القياسية بشكل منفصل.

الدفع

يمكن دفع رسوم الإنشاء عبر PayPal (بالبطاقة أو برصيد PayPal) باستخدام الرابط الموجود في الموقع، أو بالطريقة المتفق عليها معك عند الحجز. الأسعار في هذا الموقع مذكورة بالدرهم الإماراتي، لكن حساب PayPal الخاص بنا يُحصّل حاليًا بالدولار الأمريكي، لذا يجمع رابط PayPal المبلغ المعادل بالدولار للسعر بالدرهم وقت الدفع — ويظهر لك المبلغ قبل إتمام الدفع. تتم معالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية مباشرة بواسطة PayPal وفق شروطها وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها — نحن لا نرى أو نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. بعد الدفع، يُرجى إرسال تفاصيل مشروعك عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني لنبدأ العمل. تُفوتر رسوم الصيانة الشهرية، إن تم اختيارها، مقدمًا كل شهر ويمكن إلغاؤها في أي وقت بإشعارنا.

مدة التسليم

نهدف لتسليم موقعك خلال ٧ أيام عمل من استشارتك، شريطة استلامنا محتواك (النصوص والصور والشعار) وجولة واحدة من الملاحظات في الوقت المناسب. قد يؤدي التأخر في تقديم المحتوى أو الملاحظات إلى تمديد موعد التسليم.

التعديلات

التعديلات المعقولة أثناء مرحلة البناء مشمولة. الطلبات التي تغيّر النطاق أو الهيكل أو عدد الصفحات المتفق عليها بشكل كبير بعد بدء العمل قد تستوجب رسومًا إضافية، سنؤكدها معك قبل المتابعة.

الملكية

بمجرد دفع رسوم الإنشاء بالكامل، تصبح مالكًا للمحتوى والتصميم النهائي للموقع المسلّم إليك. يجوز لنا عرض المشاريع المكتملة في معرض أعمالنا وموادنا التسويقية ما لم تطلب منا كتابيًا عدم القيام بذلك.

الإلغاء

نظرًا لأن كل موقع هو عمل مخصص، فإن رسوم الإنشاء لمرة واحدة غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل عام بمجرد بدء العمل. إذا احتجت للإلغاء قبل بدء العمل، أخبرنا في أقرب وقت ممكن وسنناقش الخيارات معك مباشرة.

حدود المسؤولية

نسعى لتقديم موقع إلكتروني موثوق ومبني بعناية، ولكن ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها قانون دولة الإمارات، فإننا غير مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدامك للموقع المسلّم، بما في ذلك انقطاعات خدمات الأطراف الثالثة (مثل الاستضافة، واتساب، مسجلي النطاقات) الخارجة عن سيطرتنا.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ والنسخة المنشورة هنا هي السارية. سيتم إبلاغك مباشرة بأي تغييرات جوهرية تؤثر على مشروع قائم.
